Private and group work offer guided, embodied healing experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and reconnection with self.

These experiences are offered through flexible formats, including private sessions, small groups, pop-up offerings, and partner-hosted spaces, as this work continues to grow and evolve.

The focus is not on fixing or forcing change, but on creating the conditions that allow the body to settle and heal in its own time

Private Sessions

Private sessions offer individualized, guided support rooted in nervous-system-informed and body-based practices.

Private work may support:

  • settling stress and emotional overwhelm

  • increasing internal safety and capacity

  • reconnecting with bodily awareness and sensation

  • gently exploring emotional patterns as they arise

Sessions are paced, collaborative, and responsive to what your nervous system is ready to engage.

Formats may include in-person (when available), virtual, or partner-hosted sessions.

Group Sessions & Circles

Group work is offered through small groups, pop-up gatherings, and partner-hosted experiences that emphasize shared regulation, safety, and choice.

Group spaces may support:

  • learning regulation through shared presence

  • feeling supported in community

  • practicing embodied awareness with guidance

  • integrating emotional experiences without pressure

 

Participation is always invitational, with options to engage at your own pace.
